Description

Cauliflower is popular vegetable, also known as 'Gobhi' or 'Gobi' in India and is called the world’s healthiest vegetable and it is a member of the cruciferous vegetable family along with broccoli, cabbage, kale etc. This plant resembles broccoli, but its color is composed of white with green leaves.

Cauliflower works as an anti-cancer agent. It promotes heart health and lower cholesterol levels.

Curd white, dome shape fruit. Average curd weight 500-700 grams

Harvest starts frrom 60-65 days

Environment

Well drained red loamy soil. Natural sunlight. Water whenever surface soil is dry. Suitable under protective condition.
