Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and state the reason.

  Upload Evidence

  For damaged plants or fragile garden decor, please upload clear photographs of the product and the original packaging to our support portal.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the item in its original box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
